PURPO
A children’s universe, directed from concept to episode.
My solution
I created the concept, characters, visual identity, stories and production system independently. Reference images, prompt constraints and iterative review keep PURPO recognisable across shots. I plan each take to balance quality, continuity and generation cost.
What exists today
Eight published episodes, an original character universe and a documented AI-assisted workflow. I own creative direction, image selection, animation, audio, editing and publication. The project is currently a portfolio-led prototype of a wider IP.
Commercial potential
The shapes, colours and characters were designed with future products in mind. My ambition is to connect stories with physical toys and carefully designed AI experiences that encourage self-discovery. These products and licensing opportunities are future plans, not launched products.
